I am passionate about growing in relationship with God BUT looking back, I never realized how much my health used to get in the way!
I found myself obsessed with losing weight and staying in shape. All I wanted was for my healthy choices to come naturally. Thinking that if I got to my goal weight everything would be better, I spent way too much time and energy on what I thought were all the right things.
Deep down, I really wished that I could finally let go of the number on the scale and have a healthy relationship with food and exercise. I wanted confidence, and freedom to love my body (and food) and have more energy for the things that really mattered to me! But I kept telling myself that I’d never have the discipline to consistently make healthy choices and that I’d just keep falling off the wagon.
Dieting, strict workout programs, getting to my goal weight…it all left me insecure, confused, overwhelmed and full of shame. Here’s the truth: You don't have to seek health on your own or the world's way. Trust me, it’s not fun! What I discovered is when you set God as your foundation then you will walk empowered to create a healthy lifestyle in a way that will stick as you seek to know Him more through your journey. Turns out there’s beauty in getting healthy from the inside out!
I believe living healthy can be simple and fun and ultimately allow you to grow closer to God and walk more fully in the purposes He has for you. My mission is encouraging other moms, like you, toward Him as you pursue confidence, freedom, and joy in your health so you can actually live the mom life you love.

First, you’ve tried all the other fad diets and exercise programs out there and didn’t get what you truly wanted out of them or they didn’t work for you. You know deep down that there has to be a stronger connection that you’ve seen to your overall health, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically but you don’t quite know how to bring them together to create that freedom, joy and confidence in how you pursue healthy living. A: You can begin seeing results within weeks if you are diligently implementing everything I teach you! The entire course should take you around 12 weeks to complete, longer if you are finding it challenging to implement some of my suggested habits (though I talk about overcoming those challenges, so don’t worry!)
